Presenting Your MLM Opportunity Class 101

Ok this was a major problem for me in the beginning but the truth is, if you want to be a monster in this industry you’ll need to work on your presentation skills. Don’t worry if you’re nervous about speaking in front of the room, its quite normal, I myself use to be tremendously nervous in front of an audience. But if you find the courage to move past the fear great things will happen after you take the leap. In this post, I’m going to share some tips I’ve learn and use to present a mlm opportunity.

Overcoming the Nervousness Before Presenting Your MLM Opportunity

We’re all familiar with the term “practice makes perfect” well that applies to presenting as well. One good tip of getting comfortable presenting your mlm opportunity is by doing it in front of a few of your closest friends. Explain to them that you’re in need of their assistance to practice your presentation, who knows maybe you’ll peak their interest in the process.

Familiarize yourself with your company and their products. Build your knowledge on what you are presenting to your audience. You might not know everything about the company or products but you’ll know 100% more than the new prospects you’re presenting to right? If you are asked a question that you do not have an answer to don’t pretend to like you know it that’s a huge mistake, explain that you don’t have the answer but you can find out. Constantly take action by pushing yourself to do presentations. The more you do the better you become at it.

When Presenting Your MLM Opportunity There Should Be…

One important tip that I’ve learned is that your presentation should not only be a sales presentation, it should also consist of training. Train your prospects on how to build the business while you’re presenting the information. Edify them on common objections and how to handle objections without being defensive. A great way to accomplish this is by playing devils advocate or presenting in 3 person. This would give you the ability to address what prospects would be thinking at your presentation as well address common objections your reps might face.

Closing Out Your Presentation

Always be enthusiastic throughout your presentation, have a up beat posture when presenting your mlm opportunity. By being enthusiastic and up beat you can create excitement in your prospects which is key. Try Hyping up the company, product or incentives a few times, this can help in getting prospects to make a decision to join on the spot. Keep in mind that your presentation should convey these 3 vital components leadership, training and support. Don’t leave out these 3 components in your next network marketing presentation, it can make a big difference to a positive outcome.

What is it that makes a distributor quit mlm businesses?

This is a broad question in which there are many reasons why a rep or distributor might quit the business. The fact of the matter is people quit but what is the reason that may cause someone to quit? I’m going to share my experiences and my thoughts on why I believe people quit mlm opportunities. Some of you may agree and some of you may not,  these are my opinions an my take on this issue

 Getting Started

The traditional way of building an mlm business starts with you sponsoring people with the intentions that some will fail where as some will continue to grow.  As you sponsor people onto your team, your next step is to build momentum with training that will create motivation.  The training will consist of conference calls, meetings, webinars and seminars.  After your team beings to develop, your members will start to fall to into two kinds of groups.

Group A - People come into the business highly motivated, that motivation begins to build confidence, that confidence then pushes those people to take action and then by taking action they begin to see results. These people understand that building mlm businesses require patience, dedication, leadership and consistent personal growth

Group B - People that comes into the business gets motivated, the motivation sometimes isn’t strong enough to build confidence, lack of confidence prevents action which ultimately ends in no results. This doesn’t necessarily mean people who falls into group b quit mlm, sometimes it takes a while for them to build momentum, build confidence and build belief.

Inspiration Has A Part To Play In Why People Quit MLM Opportunities

People who creates massive growth in their business are inspired to achieve high levels of success . People who lack motivation, you’ll find it hard to inspire them because they are not motivated to achieve success.

What does that actually mean and why is it commonly used in our profession? Leaders understand that to build any MLM business they must step outside their comfort zone. I’ve come to learn that’s easier said than done for most folks. So what makes people step outside their comfort zone? Confidence is what makes people step outside their comfort zone, how do you find that confidence? Your motivation fuels your confidences to overcome the fear that may hold you back from stepping out and growing.

Do People Quit MLM Because They Lack Confidence

I believe aside from not getting any results, people mainly quit mlm due to the lack of confidence. If someone on your team isn’t confident enough in them self to pick up the phone to call prospects, overcome objections or speak before a room of people eventually; if they don’t find the confidence they will soon quit. To see results you need to talk action, action is only taken by having confidence and confidence is found when you’re motivated to do something. Skills do have a huge part as well in the equation but in order to acquire skills, you must first take action.

Although, like I said before there might be different scenarios why people might quit the business, I believe most of it comes from lack of confidence. I’m a big believer in term “quality not quantity” so I recommend you only recruit people who is interested in your opportunity and also who’s a go getter, producer, and serious about building an organization. By choosing the right candidate from your list you can now being to develop a “Mastermind” team. This team will be exposed to more information that you hold secret to building MLM businesses, marketing, etc.

By using this concept you can leverage your time, build a list, qualify prospects, recruit and generate income. In my option is the best way to allow your efforts to compound overtime and maximize on reaching your success using a funded proposal.

We’re thought to build a list you start with your friends and family which is good but if you want to rapidly grow your business then solo ads are your best solution. This is a blog site that’s ran by a guy who buys and reviews different solo ad sellers. He lists around 50 or so solo ad sellers, he provides reviews, links to buy them, how much he spent, the click rate and the number of new subscribers got from the solo ads.

MLM List Building Tips When Using Solo Ads

- Always have a good offer in place that has valuable content in your niche. A high conversation capture page with a good offer always lead to a good investment.

- Use one-time-offers, this enables you to make your initial investment back. It’s best to pitch your OTO after you’ve delivered your free offer.
